Due to the fact that there is no way to contact any technical support in any way or to report a post after it has been closed, I am writing here as a reply.
The issue I wan to report is a post of mine:

The user Georgee has replied by uploading an irrelevant document. Nevertheless, his answer was marked as "Best answer", which I have not approved.
This is not the first instance of such a problem.
